We arrived last week after two weeks of business in Shenzhen in Beijing. We absolutely needed a break . We loved staying at the Disneyland hotel. The location is wonderful, and where it is situated, on the bay, with beautiful views of Hong Kong, was amazing. We were particularly impressed with the staff. One young lady in particular, Carissa, who was serving in the Club Room, did an amazing job! We will definitely stay here again. It will be our go to resort for r&r.
It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. There are many food options around the area and it is easy to commute to the Kowloon Island through either the ferry or the subway.

Front desk very accommodating. The bell captain Max is very passionate. He not only gave us advice on local eateries and directions to get there. My room was very nice and the location was excellent for either sightseeing around Hong Kong, or catching the ferry to Macau. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all nice. The hotel bar closed a little early for a Saturday night (last order 10:30). But I had a very nice stay.
I've stayed at many hotels in Hong Kong over the last two years. This hotel is pure pleasure. The room was spacious. The pool is fabulous--good size and good sunshine. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was delicious on right on time. Plus, the welcome tea was a wonderful touch. And the location is great and convenient!
I don't often recommend hotels, but this is one I would highly recommend. I am looking forward to the next time I stay here, which hopefully will be soon.
The staff were excellent. Every one spoke good English as well is was helpful with any request I had. Property was clean room was large and the Shower was probably the best out there!
It was literally right next to the airport. The space is beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely book here again to be close to the airport. The airport shuttle leaves every half hour and is a comfortable and spacious ride.
I recently stayed at Hotel Icon in Hong Kong for four nights with my son, and every moment was delightful. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. In a city where space is at a premium, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the bathroom. I absolutely loved the hotel's toiletries!

A long time ago, finer hotels would greet you and follow up with you and if one returned numerous times (like we have) they followed up with you and made sure you were taken care of. Edmund is a treasure in our opinion. I have stayed here 5 times in 3-4 months, and if I ever have any type of request, Edmund makes it happen. Other hotel employees may use the scripted "we will do our best and it is based on other factors, etc". Well, if I am flying from San Francisco to Hong Kong, I'm exhausted...
