My room was very nice and the location was excellent for either sightseeing around Hong Kong, or catching the ferry to Macau. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all nice. The hotel bar closed a little early for a Saturday night (last order 10:30). But I had a very nice stay.
My husband was sick due to airplane but I want to request to early checked in but front desk could not accept for us. And then other European customer can accept early check in. Why am I Japanese???

We had a fantastic stay. The facility is very well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the outdoor pool; amazing view of the bay!
The staff were excellent. Every one spoke good English as well is was helpful with any request I had. Property was clean room was large and the Shower was probably the best out there!
The room is spacious and the staff give us free upgrades due to they understand the needs of the elderly. Excellent location where the access to public transportation such as MTR or buses or even taxis is only a step away. We are the return customers and really appreciate the hospitality and services they provided. I will definitely book this hotel as our stay whenever we visit our families in Hong Kong in the near future.
