It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. There are many food options around the area and it is easy to commute to the Kowloon Island through either the ferry or the subway.

The room is spacious and the staff give us free upgrades due to they understand the needs of the elderly. Excellent location where the access to public transportation such as MTR or buses or even taxis is only a step away. We are the return customers and really appreciate the hospitality and services they provided. I will definitely book this hotel as our stay whenever we visit our families in Hong Kong in the near future.

Although the price is a little high, this is a great hotel to stay while in HK. Excellent location very close to the MTR, restaurants, shopping & the ferry to Macau. There are only two rooms to a floor, the unit is actually a one bedroom apt with a living room/kitchen. Room service is top notch, the layout is pristine, there are two flat screen TV's with a DVD player, High speed internet and the hotel provides a free smart phone with built in wifi hotspot and free local and international calls....
