"This family owned business provides service to meet your needs. Alex accommodated an early check in for us. Furthermore, he provided everything we asked in the room like hot water and tea. He also let us borrow a towel for the hot springs as an example. They stored our luggage until the evening as our train didn’t leave until 7pm. What’s nonexistent the previous owner of Machu Picchu boutique had moved to a different location and the pictures on the webpage for hotels.com are completely incorrect. The address for the hotel belongs to a different hotel at the time did not have any vacancies so me and my dad who is 75 were left out until 11 o’clock at night looking for a place to sleep.
