The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of the train station, the bus to Machu Picchu, as well as restaurants and shops. The room was clean, the included breakfast was fine, and the staff was friendly. The only issue was with the pre-arranged pickup from the train station. No one was there when we arrived. Fortunately, the hotel was a short walk away.

An affordable place to stay right near the train station. Very basic rooms but very clean with comfortable beds. The elevator still wasn’t working so be prepared to walk a few stories up to your room. I also appreciated that they were able to hold my bags while I was out for the day after checkout.

Wow what an incredible hotel in Aguas Calientes. From the outside it’s quite unassuming, but inside, the room is spacious, modern and perfectly clean (basically spotless). So so clean! Simply incredible for the price. The gentlemen at the reception was so nice and helpful with everything I needed, and even carried my luggage up 5 floors.
