"We certainly enjoyed our 4 night stay. The staff were really helpful and a special word of thanks to the server who on most mornings we observed. Welcoming everybody and showing us all where everything was, so we could really enjoy an excellent breakfast. The location to the main centres is very near within a handy 5-10 walk"

"Cozy and friensly staff, good location"

"Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms tiny (though to be expected in a budget hotel), the real problem was the fact we had not been warned about the fact they are building a tram line outside the front of the hotel - started very early moving heavy machinery and drilling (6am)."

"Amazing location and lovely staff. We were surprisingly given their top floor suite, which has amazing views over the city. Fantastic!"
