10/10 Exceptional

We enjoyed our stay in the very well-equipped self-catering room, and were very impressed with how the old seminary building had been converted into such modern accommodation. Very close to Ghent's attractions, but on a quiet street.

10/10 Exceptional

Lovely hotel centrally placed. Only downside, no AC and it was very hot. Even forgot to let us know there was a fan in the wardrobe. That said, with it being a on old seminary the walls are thick and the building is relatively cool.. We would rebook here. We forgot there was cooking materials in the room. So we ate out. Would probably make use of that next time. Staff were very good. Room was large and comfortable.

6/10 Good

The room was clean on entery, bathroom mirror could do with cleaning. . Bathroom is all glass no privacy you can be seen especiaĺly when light is on. It was very hot only provided a small stand up fan which didn't help much. Need to keep the curtains closed no privacy with the windows. Looked more like a youth hostel with private rooms.

8/10 Very good

The character and cleanliness was amazing. Unfortunately we stayed in a recent heat wave and with no air conditioning it was hot but we were able to ask the front desk for an extra fan which was a life saver. Really good place to stay - quiet and easy to get everywhere. Would stay here again for sure despite the heat wave

Friendly check in. Great location to the sights. Walkable from train station if you don’t mind a short walk. Would stay here again if I come back to Ghent which was a lovely town.

Nice big rooms. Friendly and helpful front desk , clean , safe in a great location . Kitchen area functional w sitting areas. Furniture wasn’t the most comfortable and bed up against wall a little difficult for us older people. Would stay again .

Lovely clean studio with high quality fittings. Reception area was a comfortable place to chill and read a book. A cool oasis in the middle of a heatwave.

Great location, good sized room, clean and easy to find. shame the reception directions point to the self check in machines rather than the desk with an actual human.

The room was exceptional… location was perfect. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked with dishwater and utensils. I will definitely use this property in the future.
