"One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in in London. The superior room we had felt very new and was immaculately clean. The bed was so comfortable with amazing linen and the shower was excellent. It was a special occasion my partners birthday and the hotel looked after us very well with sparkling wine and chocolates in the room on arrival. Will definitely visit again"

"Appalling experience - turned up after a full day to be told there was no access to the property and could I go to Aldgate instead. The booking was made specifically due to proximity to an event the next day. Had to get another room nearby at short notice for a lot more money. Would not trust booking with them again and would advise people to choose another option."

Baker Street tube station is just 2 blocks away and even closer are 2 grocery stores, a post office, and every kind of restaurant and coffee shop. Building is in great shape and the flat has great features (a well appointed kitchenette and a washing machine!). Can’t recommend highly enough. "

"A lovely, quiet hotel blocks from the Marble Arch tube stop and situated right between Hyde and Regent’s Park. The staff was helpful and accommodating, the rooms spacious by London standards, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom especially lovely (heated toilet seats! Who knew!). Would definitely be excited to stay here again."
