"One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in in London. The superior room we had felt very new and was immaculately clean. The bed was so comfortable with amazing linen and the shower was excellent. It was a special occasion my partners birthday and the hotel looked after us very well with sparkling wine and chocolates in the room on arrival. Will definitely visit again"

"Great location and easy access to theatres, parks, Royal Academy of music and general shopping . Everywhere is accessible and easy to get to . Well connected with tube lines, although Tottenham Court Road is very easy to walk to. I’ve been here a few times and continue to come back - The Level is worth paying the extra for the breakfast / all day refreshments and Tapas/ drinks . Truly lovely ."
