THIS HOTEL WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE ONLY THING ID COMPLAIN ABOUT IS THE ELEVATOR. ITS ATTACHED TO THE CAFE SO WHEN THE CAFE CLOSES AND LOCKS ITS DOORS AT 7PM YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE ELEVATOR AND HAVE TO USE THE STAIRS WHICH IS HARD IF YOU HAVE SUITCASES TO LUG UP OR DOWN OR IF YOU COME BACK TO THE HOTEL LATE AT NIGHT. THE ROOM WAS SMALL AND THE SHOWER FITS 1 PERSON AND NOT A BIG ONE. NICE HOTEL FOR 1 PERSON BUT IF YOU ARE COMING WITH ANOTHER MAYBE...
Wonderful staff, very comfortable room and bed with a great working AC! The included breakfast was by far THE BEST breakfasts we had in ALL of Italy! There are zero views to be had at this location however the convenience of being so close to water taxis, shuttle services and transportation to and from the airport was excellent. Recommend this property to everyone hands down!
This is the perfect hotel for exploring Venice. Their shuttle provided round trip transportation to and from the airport, and the train station was located directly behind the hotel, making for an easy trip to the island. Best hotel I have stayed at in quite some time. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The homemade bread was excellent. The room was bigger than expected and the beds were comfortable. We stayed here to get away from the crowds at Venice and could not have picked a more relaxing area. The river runs right next to it. The town has a train station with a direct route to Venice. Hotel is very close to the main train station of Quatro D'Altino. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from that train station to main Venezia St Lucia and also provides the train tickets (Return trips) all for a total of 20 Euro's for 2 people. It was very easy to get to the property by waterbus taxi. The waterbus taxi stand is just several feet away. The room and bathroom was beautiful and spacious; with a canal view!! The staff was very nice and professional!
