It was a sound proof room. We had a king size bed, the mattress was from not soft. There were large pillows, 2 firm and 2 soft. When you turn of the lights in the bathroom, the exhaust fan takes a few minutes to turn off automatically. The breakfast was great. Our room was spacious and the staff was quick to relocate us when we had a plumbing issue. On site saunas (4) and pool. Good breakfast (included) and on-site restaurant. Parking is ample and location super convenient.

The Esplanade is a lovely hotel with marvelous food and a great staff who go out of their way to make your stay as personally pleasing as possible. It is on the higher end, but well worth the treat. Close walk to the main arteries and tons of great restaurants. Do love the no smoking as many other bars serving food allow it…so be prepared during the colder months.

We had a one night stay prior to heading to the airport. The room was very clean and the bed was nicely made and very comfortable. There were several restaurants and cafes nearby as well as a store to stock up on some snacks. Highly recommend staying here.
