Great breakfast, nice staff and room was clean. Highly recommend.

In a central location, the staff were very helpful. I ordered room service and it was nice that the menu had half portions available.

10/10 Exceptional

Our suite was large with a beautiful view. The staff did their best to accommodate and make our stay comfortable. The hotel location is great: close to everything but away from the crowds. The breakfast is good: fresh and lots of variety.

Check-in was seamless and quick. The bar service was really friendly and efficient. Menu was very health-conscious in mind. Location is excellent, very close to the main square and tourist hot spots and easy to connect to public transit to the train station. Very good value for the buck.

Great hotel, easy walk to the town Square & close to tram stops for easier access, lots of restaurants around. Be sure to visit the museum of broken relationships.

Room was clean and tidy. Flooring is due for an update. Beds were super comfortable and location was very central.

10/10 Exceptional

A really excellent stay. The staff were brilliant. Hotel was spotless and facilities were great. The rooms could do with a slight upgrade (curtains a bit stiff etc) but would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very attentive and hospitable. Room was clean and everything was taken care of. One of my most comfortable stays

6/10 Good

The room was very comfortable and clean. Nice welcome cookies and muffins on arrival. Air conditioning wasn’t working very well, it was a hot night’s sleep. The breakfast was okay/good, coffee not plentiful and lacked flavor. Hotel bar for dessert was very nice.

Had a very good experience staying at this property. It is close to the main attractions (20 min walk or 10 min tram ride) and has good food. The property was clean but the carpets were old and wrinkled and need upgrading. Staff at the checkin were very friendly and so were the wait staff at the restaurant. But some of the others like the person making the omelet were kind of rude. Same was the lady at the spa. Overall would recommend this hotel.

Clean room
Verified review

6/10 Good

Location and views are great. Size of room and facilities also great, including room service. However, the air conditioning did not work and the room became very hot and stuffy. The windows do open, but not enough to cool the room down properly. Please take a look at that as the summer will be horrendous.
