Excellent stay at the Sheraton Zagreb. The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable, with a great breakfast selection. The spa and pool area are also excellent and a great place to relax. A special mention to Matteo at reception, who was fantastic ..very friendly, professional and helpful throughout our stay. The only small suggestion would be to provide drinking water in the sauna/spa area, which would be a welcome addition. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay again!

It may not be the most modern hotel but I had a great stay at Sheraton Zagreb. Very easy to walk or get Ubers everywhere. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit run down. The hotel features the best hotel gym I’ve ever been to, this gym actually has a monthly membership (free for hotel guests) so it’s fully equipped with all kinds of machines. You can even take reformer Pilates classes. The spa is very nice too. I enjoyed the huge breakfast buffet with so many different options. The Italian restaurant Tomassino is also fab.

The breakfast was lovely, the rooms were large enough, clean, and the beds were nice. The two working in the hotel bar were both informative and service-minded. The room service was proper. Though, as the spa and gym are joint facilities and the hotel only allows ten hotel guests there at the same time - it is limited how much and often you may use these facilities. There are members outside the hotel that are allowed to use the gym, thus, this limits the opportunities. As we were a party of eight, and had youngsters with us, we were not able to be there at the same time, nor half of us. Additionally, the hotel helped us book a taxi. This driver charged 70 euro on a distance other drivers charged 40. When using the hotel's service one expect not to be scammed. Besides from that - neatly situates in Zagreb and recommendable. If you have the oppotunity, do eat at the Italia restaurant 500 metres down the street - it is a gem!
