"Lovely hotel, the staff were amazing from reception and bar staff to cleaners and gardeners always polite and had a smile. Very helpful and accompanying. Hotel room was very large with super king bed jacuzzi bath we didn’t use but had glass walls into bedroom, that can be covered with sliding panels. Big balcony which we booked as partial sea view we had an amazing sea view AND pool views. The pools were great from paddling and chilling to deep pools. Food was lovely with a good selection."

"Don't get me wrong, the hotel is nice, rooms are clean and the pool is also nice. Never the less the hotel also shows its age and it is a mass tourist hotel, not recommended for individual travel. The buffet etc is really made for mass tourism, quantity before quality. Everything is charged (e.g. a bottle of water is charged, even thought you are not allowed to drink the water in the hotel room. "The hotel was nice and clean ,the staff were friendly and helpful . I had to pay €15 for parking but Puerto is a nightmare to park so I didn’t mind too much . I put my stuff in the safe and then it locked it in . I had to then pay €4 a day for the safe to get a code to open the safe . The room was nice and clean but no coffee making facilities or fridge .
