Staff was fantastic and accommodating, rooms weee spectacular and they upgraded us without me asking because I asked for a balloon in the room for my girlfriends birthday. Short walk into town along the coast with tons of nice beaches and restaurants... with a short walk from the crazy party scene... would stay here again

We were looking for a quiet getaway something different from the south and we found it! This hotel offers excellent service, good breakfast, a quality spa, and the views from the hotel were spectacular. Set in the mountains, there is hiking near the hotel and it offers many things outside to relax, hammocks, each room offers a patio with a table and chairs. If your looking for a quiet getaway I highly recommend this hotel. I will be visiting again in the near future.

It was nicely refurbished with new beds and nice wide mattresses. Everyone very nice and friendly.

I only stayed here for a night to be closer to the airport. The resort is beautiful with a very lovely staff. I booked the 2 bedroom villa which had everything a family will need on vacation. The rooms are big with a mirror and closet in both. The master bedroom comes with an ensuite and a king bed. The second room is to the back with a sliding door and two twin beds. Staff were very helpful and called a taxi for me. Checking in was a breeze the night before also since I arrived after hours.

This was a pure fun in the sun solo getaway, suggested by my wife, while she was on family business in the U.S. Paradise Park was a perfect setting for relaxation in mid-winter. I was in an executive suite on the seventh floor which was very nice. The All-inclusive plan was more than enough for me. It was, however, nice not having to buy food or drinks once I was at the hotel! I personally do not need three full meals a day, however.
