County South Dublin Hotels

Aldi was right across the street and very convenient! I just wish there was a refrigerator and microwave at the hotel. Even the front desk wasn’t able to help us in this regard. (Some hotels have microwave in public areas but this facility didn’t have one.)

Karolina was an excellent receptionist and was very friendly and helpful.

This was a delightful stay. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. The room was situated on the top floor with charming rooftop windows.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Maldron Hotel Tallaght. The room was excellent. Excellent staff. Everything we needed, the staff made sure we are taken care of. The hotel also have a restaurant and bar. The food was amazing. The location was perfect. The airport shuttle stops at the square less than a 100m from the hotel. The square has a shopping mall, theater, and different restaurants. Maldron Hotel Tallaght was one of the great hotels we stayed in.

Great hotel for basic accommodations. It is a pedestrian only walking area so the taxis cannot get to the front entrance. But the tram is right there and the staff is great such as Theresa at Osten Bar and Faye at the front desk and Phil providing that extra excellent service.

I booked two rooms at this hotel through a company, unfortunately on arrival confirmation had only been sent through for one room. The hotel was fully booked as they had a wedding on.While i was chatting with the company i booked with the receptionist was very helpfull trying to source accomadation in another hotel. After debating and lengthy call the receptionist took the phone and explained they only got one confirmation and asked them to source us another hotel. The other receptionist was...

Everyone of the staff were very friendly and went out of their to make you feel welcome. Food was excellent in the Earl Bistro, Carvery, and the Balneety Bar. I had a wonderful time and could’ve just stayed at the hotel without venturing out but it was also a good base to go see the sights as well. I would recommend it to anyone at any time.

The food was good and the bartender richie was awesome

Spent a week in Dublin at The Green and could not have been more happy with our decision. Location is excellent, very walkable and centrally located between local and more tourist destinations. Trinity College and Molly Malone are a quick stroll, Temple Bar is a little further (15ish minutes). Local Tram across the street to get to spots further away. St. Stephen's park also right across the street. The weather we had during our stay made the park a nice added bonus. About the hotel...TOP...

Hotel staff were great. They were very friendly, and helpful. They offered to get a taxi for us, confirmed our return trip reservation trip to the airport with Airport Collections. Also provided excellent directions with circles on a map to popular locations we were going to. To top if off they even ordered a pizza for us.. Truly a great experience.

Excellent in all ways. Excellent location to explore Dublin by foot. Very nice staff and ultra nice room.

Having never been to Dublin before, we carefully considered where to stay. We couldn’t have made a better choice than the Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin. Location, location, location! The Gresham sits on bustling O'Connell Street, just a hundred yards from the Spire of Dublin and the lively shopping area of Henry Street. Love the hotel very nice inside

The Wellington is a fully upgraded and modern hotel in the heart of Temple Bar area. Our stay was wonderful - could walk everywhere and the rooms are VERY quiet don't hear any outside noise at all. I would recommend if you don't want to hear the music in the bar to ask for a higher floor in the hotel. We were right above the music and truthfully it wasn't bad but you could still hear the music. So if a light sleeper get a higher floor. Breakfast was good too and full service restaurant. ...
