Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I especially want to recognize Sushant, who was working the overnight shift during our stay. One Our toddler experienced a night terror that lasted about an hour. We took him outside to help calm him down and even went for a late-night drive. When we finally returned, exhausted and hoping our son would stay settled, Sushant met us at the elevator and immediately asked if there was anything he could do to help. He kindly suggested bringing us some milk for our son and even offered to warm it for us. We gratefully accepted, and he also filled two bottles of water for us to take back to our room. It may seem like a small gesture, but in that moment it meant the world to us. His compassion, thoughtfulness, and genuine desire to help turned a stressful night into one where we felt truly cared for. Hospitality like that is rare, and Sushant exemplifies the very best of it. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We will absolutely be back and will enthusiastically recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great parking underground and secure. Room was clean Shower flowed onto the slope in the bath so couldn't get under the shower. The noise from the busy motor way right beside it was extremely loud. I thought a window was open first but no, it was that loud! It woke me at 5am and that was it, couldn't get back to sleep
