After staying in many hotels all around the country on our visit over 11 days, we found the Ross Hotel room to be the most special. Our room had a king bed, fireplace, sitting area and a spacious bath and closet area. Our view was a back alley and also a lovely side view of a church. We had a nice stay at The James Hotel and it was very close to many restaurants and shops including a short walk to the Brandon Conference Center. The staff were very helpful and easy to work with. I would stay her again.

If you want a real Irish experience this is the place to be. The town is so small, and this pub and inn is the highlight of the town. The views of the water are so beautiful. We had one sort of major issue with the condition of our room when we arrived. However, it was handled with such attention, care and immediate correction that I don’t feel it’s worth mentioning. The customer service is unmatched. It’s personal. I visited months ago and still think about how hospitable and welcoming this place was. We just returned from Ireland and my opinion of this hotel is that the service and staff are as good as it gets. The bar is so nice and we made friends there every night which made it very fun. The rooms are smallish and nothing really special: mattress is great, pillows just okay. The location is perfect and you could walk to great restaurants, pubs & shopping without hearing the noise.

This place was amazing - incredible breakfast, large sunny and elegant rooms and honestly the best water pressure shower I have had in a very long time! Would highly recommend and can't wait to come back.

This place was exquisite and we plan to return in the future. The staff was very helpful and delightful. The restaurant was outstanding for both breakfast (excellent buffet) and dinner (spectacular).
