From the outside it was lovely and very well kept and nice setting. The inside was also lovely and rooms lovely as well. Staff excellent. Location was a bit outside the main town but this proved an advantage being away from noise.

Had lunch and room was ready. Very nice traditional hotel worth every penny. Staff was great. Breakfast in the morning was very good. The setting is beautiful and walking distance from Muckross Abby and Muckross House. The walking paths are tranquil and well kept. A beautiful place that we LOVED and highly recommend.
We just returned from Ireland and my opinion of this hotel is that the service and staff are as good as it gets. The bar is so nice and we made friends there every night which made it very fun. The rooms are smallish and nothing really special: mattress is great, pillows just okay. The location is perfect and you could walk to great restaurants, pubs & shopping without hearing the noise.
The Vero was an excellent B & B. The location was on the edge of town, but within walking distance of the downtown area; approximately 3/4 to 1 mile. The place was well maintained, the staff was extremely helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

I wish we could have stayed in Killarney and at this hotel longer! The hotel was awesome and way better than I expected. Clean rooms, really large beds, awesome decor. We had a lovely 2 day stay and found the location to the town fantastic. Everything in the town was a only a few minutes walk away. All the staff were great but especially memorable was the concierge Mary who gave us expert advice on touring the beautiful Ring of Kerry. Thank you Mary, you were right we didn’t get lost!
This was my favorite hotel from our 10 day vacation to Ireland. Our room was beautifully decorated and clean. It was a little stuffy in our room due to the unseasonably warm temperatures for June (80F), however, they already had a fan in the room. The food at both restaurants was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful while having to deal with a "hen party" in their lobby. This hotel is my top choice in Killarney if I get to go again.
