Wow what a wonderful property. The hotel manager was incredibly personable and helpful. The view was incredible and the food divine. The only issue we had was the tub stopper not working.

8/10 Very good

Clean rooms, well maintained, friendly staff, excellent concierge. The timings for the pool and spa could be extended a bit more so that tourists travelling the day touring, would have access after a days trip.

A wonderful hotel perched above the town of Killarney with amazing views down to Lough Leane. The staff were wonderfully friendly and nothing was ever too much bother. The views from the Lake Restaurant were particularly good and the rooms spacious and well appointed.

The Hotels is in beautiful location overlooking the lakes and mountains. As you enter the hotel you are met by the most helpful reception staff and the decor of the hotel is incredible. The comfort and quality of the accomodation was more than perfect. Restaurants and bars over look the views and encourages you to switch off and relax. The pool and sauna overlooks the scenery also. Overall the hotels and surroundings are spotlessly clean and tidy all of the time. Staff are extremely helpful, chatty and efficient. I left a flat cap in the hotel which the hotel posted back to me extremely promptly. Everything about our 4 night stay was pure perfection.
