This was my favorite hotel from our 10 day vacation to Ireland. Our room was beautifully decorated and clean. It was a little stuffy in our room due to the unseasonably warm temperatures for June (80F), however, they already had a fan in the room. The food at both restaurants was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful while having to deal with a "hen party" in their lobby. This hotel is my top choice in Killarney if I get to go again.

Stayed two nights while on a tour of Ireland. We were greeted warmly and even arriving early both our rooms were ready. The rooms very nice and clean. Our first morning we checked our car and found a flat tire. The front desk was very busy but took the time to have our tire taken care of.
