"Air conditioning in the room didn't work. Engineering couldn't fix it so they just brought a couple of fans which didn't really help much. Room was never cleaned."
"Our room was very nice. Loved the view of the Aspen trees outside our window!!
The issues we had were as follows: No down pillows, mattress was too firm, toilet seat was loose.
Safety issues: Back door from parking lot to stairwell was unlocked all the time, so anyone could walk into the hallway where rooms were, without going through the lobby, without a key! Major issue! use told front desk, twice. Also there was a man who pulled up in his pick up truck and walked in to eat breakfast, he was clearly not a guest and was just a local who was just stopping in for a free breakfast. His truck was parked outside the front door( not in a parking spot) while he ate and no one asked him if he was a guest. Then he got back in his truck and left. I said something to the staff but they did not seem to care.
Overall, the room was decent and we had a nice stay but security is lacking!"

"Was given a room on the second floor, it was right over a restaurant, next to someone listening to some terrible music on a loud speaker, and next to someone else with a dog that was barking non stop. Ran over to city market and nothing had quieted down. The room was about 80 degrees and too warm to close the patio. Went to the lobby and asked for a new room. The guy had to wait for a manager. He was not friendly. Not rude, but personality less. The manager seemed unclear as to why the employee needed his permission to move me as I had just recently checked in.. got everything settled and a new room. Overall, just a strange experience with the front desk.
There ended up being an air-conditioning unit in the second room. It was extremely noisy to run and primarily only cooled 1/2 of the unit but was way too hot to sleep without it. Even with it running, I woke up in a pool of sweat. As I was now moved to the first floor I did not feel comfortable leaving the door open while I slept. There was dust on the refrigerator and the patio had not been cleaned and what looked like months spiderwebs, and dead leaves, littered the chairs and ground. At the end of the day, it was a bed and a small kitchen to prepare some food. Not sure I would stay here again."
"Most affordable place near vail village and dog friendly. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Great location and easy parking. I wish they would update the bathrooms in the rooms is my only gripe"
"Sink backed up 1st night. Hot tub out of order entire 3 days. Little bugs crawling around on floor in bathroom 1st two days. Bed hard on back. Room did have a great shower head though."
