"The best part of staying at this gem on the slopes of Snowmass is the unexpected care that the staff put into the home-cooked breakfast. Instead of a continental menu, they take your order, and we had the most delicious torta and fantastic service. Chatting with the friendly staff while enjoying the peaceful views was an unbelievable and unexpected treat at this no-frills hotel. Please keep this special part of the experience; it was the highlight."

"We loved the Zephyr suite as it was perfect for our 3 generations to stay together with the separate bedroom and bathroom. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to our needs when requesting more towels and coffee pods. Loved the Brew Pub and coffee shop attached to the property. The only negatives were the parking and the lack of an elevator to take baggage up to the 4th floor."

"Everything was great. This property is a 20 minutes or less walk to quite a few attractions and downtown area. A very short walk to the rafting place I believe is Outdoor Adventures...which was also an amazing time. The continental breakfast was ok, wish it had warm food, but had lots of options as far as toast, yogurt, muffins, and bagels. The property and rooms were clean and I even saw people vacuuming ledges and going above and beyond to tidy things. The outdoor area had beautiful blooming flowers. It was a great stay."

"Great value. Friendly staff. Good parking and location to the gondola. Not a big variety of restaurants within a few blocks but not too far from inner town. Everything worked, including all the light bulbs haha. Only heads up is that the breakfast and coffee are a bit underwhelming and the laundry facilities are a single washer and dryer. Overall a good value for a somewhat expensive town."
