Wonderful location. Check in was easy and the room was ready early. Room was so spacious. Clean, but a little worn. Bed was very comfortable. We were there during a heat wave and the air conditioner was a wall unit in the sitting area. Bathroom was spacious. Water pressure was okay. Breakfast was fair. Usual fare.

I had such a wonderful stay at Austria Haus! The location is absolutely perfect, and the hotel itself was incredibly quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. I loved my room, especially the bathtub, and everything felt cozy and peaceful. A special thank you to Valentina at the front desk, who was truly amazing. Unfortunately, I became very sick during my stay due to food poisoning unrelated to the hotel and ended up needing to go to the hospital. Valentina went above and beyond to help me in every way she could and was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating during a really difficult situation. Her level of care genuinely made such a difference. Despite getting sick, I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely come back. Beautiful location, comfortable rooms, wonderful atmosphere, and exceptional service. Thank you again, Valentina!
