"Hotel was very close to beach which if that is your reason for choosing then you will be pleased. Check in was on the 5th floor which I read in the reviews before booking my trip so I was aware but very unintentionally confusing because our brains are programmed that lobby is on the first floor and the elevators should number it check-in instead of “L” you get kind of stuck looking for the number 5. "We had a great stay at Winter The Dolphin’s Beach Club! The private beach was beautiful and not crowded. There were plenty of seats at both the beach and pool. The live music was a nice touch. The room was quiet and well appointed although it could have used some updating. "Recently renovated hotel that’s in Clearwater but not in the craziness. Check the recent pictures. The pool and beach area feels very private and not overfilled with tourists. It seemed that there were a lot of families who drove in to stay and not overly touristy feel at the hotel. Hotel rooms are small but feel nice and clean with the new decor. The restaurants are funky lit and not renovated but the food was fresh and the drinks were great. The pool bar and food truck were very convenient....

"Went here in March 2025 for a girls trip. We had a fabulous time. Our room had an amazing balcony and was clean and comfortable. The property was ideally located on the water which made for great views of the Gulf as well as boats navigating through the inlet. There is no beach access on the property but if you don’t mind a 5 min walk it’s not a deal breaker. I would say it’s a great place for families. Lots of kids
