"It’s not fully Ocean view room , some time tower is not clean and cup has others lipstick on. Restaurant always tastes different even you order same thing at same restaurant. Staff - most are friendly, sweat corner staff always not have smile - seem not like this job may be too busy. "

Lots of great restaurants to pick from on site. Beach was really nice too! Definitely do the activities… kayaking…. Snorkeling… jet skis… fishing… So much fun! "

"The spa was amazing and our butler was equally amazing. However the buildings and rooms did not appear to be new. The walls in many places were patched up. Often i found my self questioning how it could only be a few months old "

"The pool was fine. The resort was brand new but had some issues. Paint spots on the floor, loose toilet paper dispenser and few loose tiles throughout the resort. On the other hand the staff was amazing. Gabriela, our butler went above and beyond. Although the sports bar was usually pretty busy Omar the bartender had a new drink ready the moment mine was empty. Everly at the privilege restaurant was also super sweet and attentive. "

"The hotel seemed a bit smaller than expected. We were able to walk the property easily. Food quality was inconsistent. Meaning one day the food was really good. The next day, the exact same it tasted off or not as flavorful as the day before. The pools were a bit basic with just square style pools. Some of the pools were visibly dirty with a geeen film on the water chairs and the rim of the pool. However, there was never a time we couldn’t find seating. The beach was pretty good with very minimal seaweed and definitely no terrible smell. The gym was decent and was 24 hours. There was no room service available but there was a 24 hour sports bar which had very limited food options. However, most of the food places closed late which wasn’t a big issue for us. The spa services were great. But the sauna and plunge pool options were very limited. Overall a decent stay. We would probably try another on of the company hotels before returning to this one though."

"The hotel is very clean and the grounds are impeccable. The staff is always available and happy to help. The restaurants are excellent and the rooms are a great size. I really liked that the room had two washrooms, a sofa bed, and a Murphy bed, which worked perfectly for a family of four. The spa is absolutely gorgeous, especially the cenote cave. It was such an unbelievable experience and definitely my favorite part of the stay. The only downside is that there is no music on the beach, so it felt like it was missing a bit of atmosphere. We were also traveling with kids and teenagers, and they were quite bored since there wasn’t much for them to do. The pool area was also oddly designed and didn’t really feel like a main pool where people gather. The layout and access in and out of the pool were not very convenient, which made the experience a bit disappointing."
