I would not recommend this hotel. The pools were dirty, the staff was not very friendly, and the overall service was terrible. You need to have cash or a credit card for absolutely everything—they seem to be stuck in the Stone Age. On top of that, we lost power three times during our stay, and the last outage lasted for more than six hours. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would definitely not stay here again.

First impression is not a good one. The hotel was doing renovations at different parts of the premises like the reception and the temporary reception looked messy. All staff were nice and friendly , we didn’t do all exclusive but we did get 15% when we decide to eat there . We did adventure out and did a lot of sightseeing and they were able to help us reserved a tour for us which was scheduled 2days ahead. We also have ocean front view and we loved it and worth it. The adult pools were strictly for adults but they did have 2 pools for families and a kiddie pool for the toddlers. Every night at 8pm they have some entertainment schedule and that was fun to see and experience.
