"Such a classic property. Central location was easy area for pick up and drop off for joining day tours. They allowed us to drop off luggages before check in time. Staff was very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport when there was road closure due to a marathon. Good breakfast buffet with options. Will stay here again."

We were early he gave us a key to the club lounge on 16 floor to have a coffee Soledad the lounge host welcomed us and offered us a lovely glass of Chilean champagne to sit and admire the view We had an Andes view room which was exceptionally clean and comfortable All of the staff in the hotel are helpful and friendly William served us in the Atrium bar when friends joined us. He explained the drinks list very well I’d definitely recommend the club lounge as the breakfast buffet had an extensive selection of food The patisseries were made in house and excellent The evening canapés included dim sum and pastel de chocolo. Great location a 5 minute walk to Parque Arcoa a large Mall with a wide range of shops. I’d stay here again."
