I was looking for an amazing Amazon jungle experience and TRC did not disappoint. You cannot get to the hotel in one day, but must stay overnight at another lodge on the way. The amenities in the first lodge are incredible. We were very happy with our choice of the Sonesta Posadas. It is definitely a hotel designed for tourists and most everyone we met there was from the US or Europe. It is right on Lake Titicaca, and is behind a gate/wall which makes it quieter and safer. It is slightly outside of the main city area, but if you want to go downtown cabs are plentiful and cheap.
