We arrived in the middle of the night and the staff was attentive, helpful and responsive to us as of it were the middle of the day. Breakfast was very good as well, and it was easy to walk around Cusco to the Plaza de Armas and other museums, restaurants, etc. The staff was very helpful with recommendations and organizing a taxi when we left.
