The property is well-maintained and the staff is super friendly. Packed a little breakfast for me before my 4 am excursion pickup. Some of the staff speak very little English, but Google Translate came in clutch. I will say, without a noise app on my phone, I wouldn't have gotten much sleep. The property is pretty quiet, so any noise can be heard throughout the rooms. The room was comfortable - nothing spectacular but perfect for two nights in Cusco. Plenty of food options within a short walk as well.

Lovely place to stay. The staff are fantastic and really look after their guests. It is formally listed as 3* hotel, likely due to not having lots of extra facilities but it is definitely on the higher end of three for being clean, secure and comfortable. Where chain hotels treat guests as a cash machine, this hotel, being smaller and family run treats guests with respect and as much attention as you want. The location is okay, being a 15-20 minute walk out of the historic centre of Cusco and the area is filled with local people going about their lives. Plenty of local places to eat nearby, or walk in toward the centre for the pricier places catering to tourists. The surrounding area is not beautiful but it is functional and safe. If leaving early (before breakfast) on tours to surrounding area attractions they will give you a small bag with water fruit and some snacks. Even for really early pick ups! Highly recommended.

As soon as we arrived the host made us Coco tea to help adjust to the altitude and he provided us with a map where he highlighted restaurants to visit and places to see around Cusco. He was so helpful and kind. Would 10/10 recommend staying here. The owner and his wife are very sweet!

A 15 minute walk from the center of town, but we never minded it. There are a couple of nice places for dinner right nearby too, if you want a break from the pricier touristy spots by the Plaza de Armas. The hotel is spotless and modern, and the staff wonderful. We stayed there in 3 installments, with tours in between, and they held our bags, handled our laundry, and were extremely attentive to every need. Top notch service at a very reasonable price.
