The staff at this hotel were so kind and helpful! They spoke a decent amount of English and were incredibly helpful with arranging transportation for our day trips and seeing to all of our needs. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Peru. Elton was incredibly kind, helpful, and always eager to assist us in every way. The complimentary breakfast was also the best meal we had in Peru. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the hotel’s location was perfect—just a short walk from the main plaza, yet tucked away in a quiet area. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly!

We’ve just had two nights at the hotel, it was fabulous. Ivan went out of his way to make our stay perfect. He recommended places to visit and eat, booked tours, changed money, helped with our plans and got up to make us breakfast at 6am before we left. This is a hidden gem in the middle of Urubamba. We didn't have high expectations when booking, but were very impressed upon staying there. The rooms were modern and clean. Perhaps a couple steps down from luxurious, but much nicer that many American 3star hotels. Breakfast was included and they are generous with offerings. STaff is eager to make your stay comfortable, and you are just steps away from all the action. What a great find! and We would happily stay here again.

If Urubamba is the destination to stay before Macchu Picchu, this hotel location is great. Easy walk distance to local market and plaza. Many local restaurant around. Marcia and Frida went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms on the 3rd floor were clean and warm, which was the first time in our 3 week stay in Peru that we didn’t feel cold at night. Prime location…walkable to the markets, plaza, and bus terminal. Simple great.

They double charged me using a credit card, and I am still working on getting that fixed with my bank. It's a real pain. They also called for my Taxi to Cusco and then tried to charge me double the cost of the Taxi. Be alert - this hotel is nice and in a great area, but they are not honest and transparent. Watch your wallet.

Tendría muchas cosas muy buenas que decir de este lugar y su personal pero sin duda alguna en este hotel nos han tratado extremadamente excelente fueron muy generosos y buenos con nosotros. Tuvimos una emergencia de salud con mi esposo en la madrugada 3:00 am y el personal del hotel fueron muy amables y muy diligentes, Juan rápidamente nos ayudó con oxígeno y Marlen nos brindó toda la información necesaria para que mi esposo fuera atendido en el centro de salud, todos estuvieron muy pendientes de la mejoría de mi esposo. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, limpias y confortables, Jairo el chico que nos recibió nos ofreció muy amable y nos ofreció una calefacción portátil para la habitación pues si es un poco frío en esta temporada del año. El personal es Excelente, súper amables y atentos. Proveen un desayuno continental con fruta, huevos, pan local y frutos secos, bastante bien para comenzar la mañana. Está ubicado en una área tranquila muy cerca al parque principal del pueblo y plaza de mercado. Las instalaciones muy agradables, Súper limpio y muy tranquilo el hotel. Nuestro plan era solo una noche pero los planes cambiaron por la emergencia, por recomendación médica sin pensarlo reserve 2 noches más y sin duda me quedaré de nuevo en este lugar. Mi única recomendación es proveer un número contacto de WhatsApp 24/7 en caso de alguna emergencia. 10/10 mi puntuación 🙏 muchas Gracias por todo lo que nos ayudaron amigos peruan!!
