"The front desk service was great. The room and property in general was very tired and in much need of a refresh. The bed was very comfy and it’s a handy location. The price was very reasonable so got what we paid for. Ideal if you’re only wanting to stay one night."

"A very disappointing stay. Do not recommend. Apart from the lobby the hotel was dated, especially the corridors and my room. Bathroom was tiny, minimal lighting, big step up to bathroom and shower. The worst was the breakfast buffet. They only offered instant coffee - I have never experienced this at a buffet before. Most other hotels nowadays have coffee machine or at east filter coffee. One type of toast bread. No yogurt for muesli."

"Parkin great, staff lovely and helpfull, some of the rooms need upgrading as stains on the walls on the bedrooms. Otherwise a great place to stayand lovely been able to walk along the lake and use the tennis cours. Would definitely reccomend"

"Would not recommend, was over priced compared to other places price wise we have stayed on North Island Also be very aware they hold $250 bond! Thuggery!!!!!! Breakfast menu, no buffet and you will leave hungry! Not a good operation!"
