Had an awesome stay this place exceeded my expectations our room was clean and tidy will definitely be back to stay again. Beds were very comfy. The staff were awesome too gave clear instructions on where everything was and where our room was. They were also helpful in trying to locate an item that I accidentally left behind in the room after I checked out. Thank you for a great stay

The room was tidy but tired, same with the exterior of the hotel. But as a family of 5. The room layout was good with the 3 single beds and a king. Good easy parking, not too far from Hamilton city. Room was mostly clean except for the door handles into the fridge cupboard. Overall pretty ok stay for one night

Room was very tidy and the lovely lady on the front desk when we checked in was so friendly. She went out of her way to ask about our car situation (I had called earlier to say we may not make the booking) Also the person I spoke to on the phone (apologies I can't quite remember their name - Michel?) was very accommodating and kind to talk with. We have loved all of our stays at Distinction :)

Our stay at the hotel was superb. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from. The only disappointment was that my daughter was really looking forward to using the pool. However, when we checked with the staff, we were informed that the hotel no longer has a pool. At the time of booking, the hotel still had photos of the pool displayed, so it would be helpful if these could be removed or updated to avoid confusion for future guests. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. There was ample parking, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent.
