This property is and continues to be my go to place to stay in Taupo. Everything is always perfect and, as I am usually a solo traveller, I always feel safe.

10/10 Exceptional

An excellent place to stay. Close enough to walk to town, yet on a quiet street. There's a Four Square mart and a coffee place just across the street as well. The room is very well maintained. Clean, modern, good aminities. The hot spa was a treat that we surely did enjoy during our stay. A generious selection of Sky TV channels, and a very comfy bed. We will surely come back whenever we're in Taupo.

A great accommodation for family if you visiting Taupo for the first time. It's close to all amenities.

10/10 Exceptional

Quiet but central, spacious, comfortable and with a lake view, at a competitive price for the combination. We particularly appreciated the provided small bottle of milk (rather than those horrid little plastic things with nothing much in them), along with plunger coffee and a good heat pump; we'll be back.

Easy check in, Bob was so lovely and inviting . Room was immaculate and better kept than some of the “fancier” places we’ve stayed in. Parking was great and overall we had a really nice stay

Wonderful to stay back at Beechtree - it is a favourite over the years when staying in Taupo and never fails to bring relaxation in a handy to the town but quiet location. The staff are friendly and the rooms comfortable and sparkling clean. We totally recommend it to other travellers.

8/10 Very good

Meticulously clean. Professional friendly staff. Good kitchenette. Was nice to have a private outdoor area. Didn’t love having a disabled shower as water goes everywhere but price was cheaper so good tradeoff. Good location close to lake and town. Would definitely stay again.
