"Staff were all very helpful, spoke excellent English, were patient with our broken Spanish. They were accommodating, interesting sources of local information, and enhanced our amazing stay. Location of the hotel is prefect being so close to the metro."

"Other than smaller than expected, our Triple 2 room was nicely updated. Liked the sturdy balcony window that open/shut easily, as the street was full of lively pedestrians 24/7 (happy we brought ear plugs). Nice bathroom fixtures and shower had good water pressure. Breakfast buffet had good selections. 3 decent size elevators. Helpful staff. "
