I stayed one night and honestly the hotel is very different from how it's advertised on their website. It brags about being a four-star hotel, but it's a three.
From the moment you arrive, it's in an area that's completely dirty, full of shops and trash outside, nothing like what you picture from a resort.
The staff was friendly when we got there and explained everything, I'll give them that. But everything is dirty. From the parking lot, which has huge spiderwebs, to the rooms, which looked like they had only made the bed and cleaned nothing else. The AC in my room shut off after 30 minutes, every time. What worried me most was the hygiene of the whole place.
On top of that, the schedules are very strict. Both lunch and breakfast are in two-hour windows, that's it. The kids' activities they advertise in the salon only ran four hours, split into two-hour blocks. If you're there all day, you'd want to use the facilities longer. Same with the pools, they have a strict schedule and they're not the most hygienic part. The water slides, even though they're really nice and a lot of fun, need cleaning. It's something you can see, you can tell the state they're all in.
I think it can be a good deal for a lot of people. But it can't be advertised as a four-star hotel, definitely not, because it isn't.
