On the beach, good restaurant. Valentina is a very dedicated guest, finding solution. In my opinion room 102 is terrible: smell, noise, ants and bugs. Valentina offer me an other room but was difficult to remove all.

Not 5 starts bcs of broken AC

Overall our stay was good 4* not 5* because of broken AC in the room. My husband, 13 months old toddler and I travelled from the US 7 hours flight & 6 hours time difference. Then 1 hour of train ride & taxi 30 min rideto the hotel and we checked into hotel room with broken AC. We reported it immediately as it was summer June around 85 F and humid. Front desk lady came up to the room to help us to adjust AC properly. However, it was broken. Then she informed us that engineer guy will come to the room shortly to fix it. We waited 15 min no one came. Therefore, we had to wait more than 40 min for the engineer guy to come, while we all including a crying toddler were exhausted. We had no choice but to come down to front desk 2-3 times with a crying toddler in my arms to complain about the room, only after 3rd time front desk lady finally made a decision and showed us a smaller room with working AC. Question: is that a hotel policy to remedy hotel guests experience only after guests come down to FD 3 times to complain? If that’s the case, then it’s a terrible customer service. As far as I know, hotel staff shall respond within 15 min or so or simply change the room. Because it is not guests fault that they checked in to the room with broken AC. Otherwise, the front desk ladies were quite responsive, courteous, and professional. Maria helped me to book bus tickets to the airport. Very grateful for that. Restaurant staff were very friendly and super nice with a toddler.

We have visited this hotel for the last 3 years On a half board basis and have never had a problem. never used the pools or spa but they look OK The food is mainly good but can sometimes be verging on the cold side. The TV has a good selection of channels All the staff seam nice & friendly

The wors ever hotel i see on my life No friends on staff Parking 180 ero And it was far froom property Staff not friendly and not speaking English Room is not clean discastin Plus food is cold and not enough need to wait for another coking and grill Drinks you have to pay No one help me for anything Air conditioning not working And i am so disappointed with the hotel place and i did stay 10 days and i paid for not the hotel i see on the advert

Le personnel est très professionnel, Salle d'eau très petite, carrelage viellotte, a besoin de coup de jeune ainsi que le balcon. Pas mal de poils dans la douche à notre arrivée. Quant au repas, on a pris une formule demi pension, la prochaine fois je mangerais à l'extérieur, ce n'était pas à mon goût!

Ne vaut pas du tout un 4*. Trop cher. Emplacement en bord de mer mais bruyant et mal insonorisé donc bruit de la route et des portes de chambre qui claquent à toutes heures de la nuit. Chambres vieillottes. Seule la nourriture était bien et variée. Pour le reste, vous n'avez pas le temps de finir votre assiette au petit dej qu'on vous la retire.... Peut on manger tranquillement?. Mais ce qui est inacceptable c'est le comportement d'une responsable qui adapte le règlement intérieur : un espace réservé aux adultes avec piscine est disponible en roof top. Je vérifie les conditions d'accès et autres... Aucune mention sur la tenue ... Bref quand je suis allongée je retire le haut de mon maillot que je remets à chaque fois que je me lève ou vais dans la piscine. Deux jours sans problème avec des maîtres nageurs qui passent régulièrement devant moi. Et bizarrement le 3eme jour je me fais reprendre sur ma tenue.... Sachant qu'à côté toutes les minettes sont en string ficelle... Je conteste en indiquant que rien n'indique que c'est interdit, en montrant les pancartes. Une responsable monte et là impossible de parler... Elle menace d'appeler la sécurité si je ne donne pas mon numéro de chambre.. Maltraitée devant les autres clients, à la limite d'être exclue!!! Je demande la preuve que cela soit dans le règlement, Elle n'écoute pas.... Pire elle compare ma tenue à l'opposé avec la b...... qui est interdit Honteux.... Et à la tête du client.... Je ne recommande pas du tout. Séjour gâché

Es war wirklich sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und extrem hilfsbereit und nett. Das Frühstücksbuffet war top, die Zimmer waren Standard, die betten etwas klein und der Weg zum Zimmer dauerte insgesamt ca. 5 min von der Hotel Lobby aus. Je nachdem wo man sein Zimmer hat, kann das schon nerven. Die Parkplatz Situation ist nicht gut und die angebotenen Parkplätze die zu Fuß 10 min vom Hotel entfernt sind und einfach ein Schotterplatz ist, ist deutlich zu teuer mit 21€ / Nacht. Dieser Preis ist nicht Kundenorientiert und entspricht keinesfalls der Parkplatz Qualität

Kleine kamers , maar alles is voorzien en ruim terras , ligging perfect , dicht bij het strand en bij de winkels en bars . Rustig hotel . Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt . Avond eten voldoende keuze , maar vlees bereidingen kan beter . Maar honger zal je niet leiden Vriendelijk personeel en correcte info . Prijs kwaliteit in goed verhouding . Airco kan beter voor mensen die het graag koel hebben op de kamer .

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille à l’hôtel Rosamar & Spa. La piscine est agréable, la plage est toute proche, les repas sont corrects et l’accueil très sympathique. Le personnel parle français, ce qui facilite beaucoup les échanges. On nous a même trouvé une chambre plus grande avec vue sur mer pour un prix très correct. Merci pour cette belle expérience !
