"Love staying at the Sofitel as it is a great location with the tram stop so close. Our room was perfect and staff as always were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the Club Lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canapes - such a treat! All staff in the Lounge were lovely but in particular Anna was a standout."

"I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, including some much more expensive properties, and this was genuinely one of the best. The hotel was modern, spotless, and in a fantastic location. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming, which really made the stay stand out. The little touches, like the bath salts provided in the room, made it feel that bit more special. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would choose it over many higher priced hotels I’ve stayed in."
