"Selected the Langham for the location and onsite spa. It’s in walking distance to major attractions, the CBD and a central metro station. The onsite spa was nice, but a bit overpriced. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice perk with a panoramic view of the skyline. The decor is a bit dated, but it was a comfortable 2 night stay."

"Love staying at the Sofitel as it is a great location with the tram stop so close. Our room was perfect and staff as always were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the Club Lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canapes - such a treat! All staff in the Lounge were lovely but in particular Anna was a standout."

Every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming, which really made the stay stand out. The little touches, like the bath salts provided in the room, made it feel that bit more special.
