"Laura at the front desk went above and beyond in helping us. The room was very clean. The rooftop bar was a nice bonus. We would stay there again. The area felt safe and the metro stop was less than two blocks away."
"Hotel was absolutely lovely, we are so happy with our choice. It’s in a great location, felt very safe walking around. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, all were polite and friendly. My only nitpick would be that the pool is quite shallow, but it serves the purpose of being able to cool off."
"Staff were very friendly. Property was acceptably clean. It was a little dark (dark wood), would recommend a room over looking placia de gracia, as we had, to let in as much light as possible. Once construction is completed, it should be a lot quieter (although we hardly spent any time in the room during construction hours).Location was great, walkable to many locations in Barcelona, countless places to eat. Pool was clutch, as was the roof top bar. Appreciated the 2 free drinks!!! Gracias!"
"I stayed in this hotel last year and the experience was so good that I decided to stay there again this year. I had exchanged several messages with the hotel about the possibility of staying in the same room as I did last year. I know that sometimes it is very difficult for the hotels to comply with such a request. In the first room that I got the save box was not working and since I was travelling with my niece I had made it clear from scratch that I needed separate beds, there was only one for a couple. To make a long story short, I reported all this to the front desk and the answer was that most like I will need to be changed of room. When I returned to the hotel, I learnt I had be changed of room to a mini suite that was nice, but in moving my luggage, the coats and my passport was left in the previous room, but the hotel sent me with someone from their staff to the first room that was being cleaned and we found both the coats and the passport, so I have to say the hotel was very diligent in solving the situation. The day after when I came down for breakfast, there was a staff from management there who asked me if everything was alright in the new room. I was positively surprised by their interest and concern, which I greatly appreciated. The food in general is very good in the restaurant, in particular the buffet breakfast. I still feel it is a very nice place to stay in Barcelona both for its location and level of attention."
"This was one of my favorite bookings from hotel.com. The property is in a phenomenal location. So many shops, tourist destinations and restaurants/bars within walking distance. Room was small but quaint, clean and ac worked great. The only thing I was unhappy with was the incorrect listed information regarding “hotel shuttle.” All the staff will do is call a cab service for you, it is not included in the stay and will run you roughly 50€. You’re better off using cabify. Other than that minor inconvenience, I would 100% stay here again"
