The staff were just wonderful! So friendly and helpful! The availability of food at any time of day was spectacular….if we left for a tour early in the morning or for a train on our last day, you could always grab something to eat before departing. At night, upon our return from dinner and walking the streets, we could grab a snack. Not something you see very often and greatly appreciated! Perfect location…we felt very safe and it was close to everything!!

The staff was super nice, the location is near many transit stops & shops, and the all-day buffet is off the charts awesome, especially when you’re jet lagged! The room was small for 3 people and they charged a daily charge for my son, but that’s the only slight negative, and the rest of the positives outshine that detail. Plus the hotel itself is rich with detailing like chandeliers and balconies to sit and sip a coffee or have a snack anytime of the day. Also, they occasionally have live musicians play, and that was absolutely lovely too. Overall an amazing experience!

Great location. The staff are helpful and polite. Our room was a good size full of light and very comfortable. The open buffet has a hot / cold breakfast and is very convenient for an afternoon snack or a glass of wine in the evening. Some of the reviews we had read were inexplicably negative but we did not encounter any issues & would stay here again.

The advertisement is misleading. The picture of the room with the ornate walls and ceiling is accurate but gives a wrong impression of the rest of the hotel. The rest of the hotel is older, there is a musty smell in the hallways from the carpets, the buffet is not all day. It’s from 7 to 11, then it’s just a few items like a few croissants and a bit of cheese. You have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the reception level, the one elevator only goes from reception up one level, if your room is on the next level, you have to carry it upstairs. There is a bell boy if you want to call him. The location is convenient to shops and restaurants. The ladies at reception and the bellboy were very pleasant and helpful.

Can’t say enough about this beautiful hotel. We stayed on June 27,2027. Cata the concierge was so lovely. She helped us with tickets for the hop on hop off bus, made sure we were comfortable and our bags were brought to the room. In addition to the lovely room, the food and drinks available was amazing…at no extra charge. When we arrived after a long journey we were able to have some food and drinks right away as we settled in. The location is perfect, close to shopping and attractions. Loved it!!!
