"The place was good, but checking in was a nightmare specially because there is no one to help you when you get to the place. We were so lucky that Elvis was there to help us not just to get in but also to get our beds assigned since I was only assigned one bed. I really recommend Elvis to become the person in charge of the this place. He is amazing very knowledgeable helpful and super nice. But once you get yourself in everything is pretty good.

This property in the Eixample was just what we wanted and needed. Quick walk to Gran Via and Passeig de Gracia as well as Metro stations (Urquinaona is closest). We also found more than enough to eat short walks away with some great tapas stops. We walked to Placa de Catalunya and La Rambla very easily.

I loved staying there. Our rooms could have used more storage space, like a dresser. It would also been helpful if they had a laundry service or could refer us to one nearby.

Our front desk clerk was adorable and so welcoming. She was always attentive to our needs. Loved the location and loved our room. Quiet and cozy! Loved having the market next door, that was a surprise to our stay. Would stay again on our next visit to Barcelona!

What a fantastic hotel! Our room was on the A level with a patio door which we left open overnight to let in fresh cold air and made us sleep like babies! The place is high end and modernised, very well designed especially with the rooftop. The receptionists were very helpful and gave us reccommendations such as a flamenco show that they booked for us! They also allowed us to print any documents we needed.
