"The amenities in this hotel are top notch . However , the service there is not deserving to a 2 star hotel . Our stay in the hotel was disastrous in so many levels . It started when we checked in after 3PM to find out that my booking request of having all the rooms in one floor is not met (even though it was confirmed by the guest services). So to accommodate our request , we were forced to upgrade to room that is 50% more expensive then my original booking . Over that , we had to wait 3...

relaxing stay with view of the sea. location is great, staff is very friendly. rooms are usually also very nice and the ac is working well. this year i was a bit unlucky since my room had only one electrical outlet and the interior design of the room was a bit strange…. I mean if i have a sea view room, why is the couch in a dark corner with no window? I had to move furniture around to make it work. But everything else was great. i would definitely come back!"

"This hotel is absolutely amazing. The Hilton Corniche is truly a top hotel with a breathtaking view of the Red Sea. From the inside, it’s the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. The rooms are very nice, with a classic style that feels elegant and comfortable. The facilities are excellent—everything is on point. The cleanliness is perfect, and the service is outstanding. This is a real 5-star hotel, and it is worth every penny."

Room size is good. Food is delicious. But they have to work on criticism from guests. I stayed last year in this hotel and again this time, i have the same complaint, No bell boy at the entrance to take your luggages and the reception is in M level so you can’t leave your bags with no attendance. That problem never solved, it is annoying. This is a 5- star hotel with no bell boy or even a conceirge except one running here and there!!!. "
