The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so attentive. The room was so comfortable and housekeeping did an excellent job. The rooftop is definitely a highlight of staying here. Having a drink and watching the sunset over the Red Sea is a memorable experience.

The Staff were fantastic - Chef Raymond and the Restaurant team were very welcoming, and the food was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable, stylish and a real "home away from home"

Excellent hotel, easily one of the best I’ve stayed at. Moustafa was our concierge and he was phenomenal. Great staff overall, breakfast is excellent and room was everything we expected and then some. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Jeddah.

8/10 Very good

It’s an older hotel. The location and services are good. However it’s not your modern hotel stay.

6/10 Good

Great location and very clean hotel. However, the receptionist was rude, did not speak English well, and was unprofessional for a 5-star hotel. Pool service was poor no menu available, and it took almost 45 minutes to receive one. Other than that, the hotel is very good.

10/10 Exceptional

The staff did extra little things for us which was most appreciated. The view from the rooftop restaurant is very special but on windy days, guests would be well advised to bring a hat and jacket. The only drawback is the location of the hotel as most everything in the immediate vicinity is either closed or under construction.

Best hotel in Jeddah city

The hotel services are magnificent compared to any 5 stars hotels in the area. I enjoyed my stay there for two nights. I would definitely recommend anyone to book a room at this hotel for a getaway vacation.
