Overall - Great experience 4.5/5 Staff: Females - Better at service, they can actually smile and understand whats needed Gentlemen - in the white attire can use training from the ladies, they can be nicer & friendlier. If it were any where else in the world, they'll be deported on the next ship. Room 5/5 👍 Shower 4/5 water can overflow in 2 seconds Gym 4/5 can use a mini fridge and towels INSIDE the gym space Breakfast 4/5 very good & great service

Although it was a pain to get the property due to construction the hotel itself was great and very well kept. The guy at the check in was super friendly and well coming. A very convenient and walkable location to the haram itself ( getting inside the haram is a different story)

This is my new favorite hotel, the location is amazing, the vibe wonderful, and the staff who are already great get better and better each time I stay there.

Brand new hotel, close to the airport. A free shuttle to the airport is provided—overall an excellent choice for an overnight stay to catch an early flight.

Everything was cool but the lighting of the room wasn’t it low light and the switches had to be on if I wanna keep the ac on

Close to Haram, shopping, restaurants and everything else. I liked everything about this property and I’m happy with the stay. I would recommend it.

This property I think he 2 adjoining towers. The staff throughout the hotel are so much kind and helpful ( unusual to find this in Makkah!!) The restaurant as known with Hilton group is really excellent. The beds and rooms are comfortable and spacious. The hotel is located at the Jabal Omar area that means it is close to Haram. The shopping mall is really nice and located at the entrance . You can enjoy your stay at Hilton for sure

Amazing Experience. Very close to the Haram. The only thing that was not up to the expectation was C1 elevator that you have to take to go to the Haram and coming back to the hotel. There should be more either elevators or options.
