The area was good. Convenient to Métro and some great shops. But…we could hear rats in the little kitchen, and there were rat traps in the room and around the property. Lots of noise and partying from other guests kept us awake. No WiFi in our room. Overall, definitely would not recommend.

Close enough to get to all the amazing places in Paris! Our apartment was clean and efficient with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it had the best pillows I've ever used at a hotel. The main downsides were no air conditioner and the washer/dryer did not actually dry any of our clothes. We had to pack damp/wet clothes when we left.

The room is ok, it got everything they advertised. The bathroom is small but enough and the top floor was squeaky on the floor. The TV however wasn’t working and most importantly the WiFi wasn’t not working. I contacted the phone number provided but got no answer for support.

The location is fabulous and the check in was easy. The only thing stopping me from giving it all high marks was the shower- it alternated between crazy scalding hot and freezing code. In their defense, we didn't contact them to fix it as we were only there for 2 days.

Excellent place to stay. We were looking for something with a real France/ old world feel and this fit the bill perfect. Room was spacious and down a cute street nearby local shops and restaurants. The patio was perfect for having a glass of wine after a long day walking the city.

Brilliant location in a great area accessible to all the key sights. There was a heatwave whilst we were there and the apartment was really hot and the air con machine didn't work properly - we fed this back and they changed it straightaway. Very comfortable place with good facilities

Loved the location and neighborhood. Charming and characterful apartment with exposed wooden ceiling beams and French windows opening onto Juliet balconies. There is washing machine but no tumble dryer in this apartment. There is a safe to lock away passports etc which is handy . Overall, great stay and highly recommended.

Accommodation was ok, although it did not look anything like the photos. Also had to clean the sofa before making the bed which was not ideal on the first day. The flat was small & compact and not ideal for anyone over 5ft really. The toilet and separate shower rooms very small & tight. Very basic set up in the kitchen but had everything needed to make a meal if needed. One big thing missing was any air conditioning, being at the top was very hot and only had 3 small fans. No natural daylight into the flat as when kitchen window is opening it’s blocked by growing plants. Window in lounge also did not open well due to sofa being in the way. Very tight and awkward mezzanine floor to get to the bed on hands and knees A smalls and very tight steps up to the 2nd bedroom but this could be accessed by another door. As a base to stay it was ok for a short trip.

It was a really great location and was a cute suite with everything we needed. Loved how it was located on a street with a mix of everything. There were Asian restaurants, coffee shops and much more!

The location was great and everything was pretty walkable. The apartment was ok, what the listing didn’t show was that the beds were up a ladder and in a loft you couldn’t stand up in. The outdoor sun room was really nice. The other issue was that a mouse or rat climbed into my bag and chewed cloths but also €100 in confectionaries I had gotten as gifts to take home. Multiple items of cloths and all the confectionaries were trashed.
