It was our first visit to Bordeaux and Sylvie and Sebastien were so helpful with guiding us how to travel, where to eat and what to see plus what to avoid which is a great help. The breakfast was delicious and varied each day. It showed difference between a hotel and Maison d'hote with the personal welcome.

Wonderful hotel in perfect location for Bordeaux. Room is small but efficient. Room is comfortable. Try for room with stand alone shower rather than in tub. Great team, especially Mau, who provide whatever you need.

Everything was wonderful at this hotel. It started with amazing and friendly stafff at check-in, during the stay and checking out. We had to leave super early to the train station so they had us check out the night before to save time and helped us reserve a taxi to the train station. I appreciated the warmth of the hospitality, and Loft Zen was, indeed, a very relaxed place to be. Our room's wardrobes were full of the host's belongings, and the room was quite basic, however, with an off-suite bathroom.

The place was much smaller than I thought it would be. The shower and vanity were part of the room, but it was nice that the toilet had a door. And, I guess you get what you pay for…the place was pretty cheap.

When you think French beautiful countryside hotel, this is it. Our bedroom was in a remodeled barn with a small lake on one side and a vineyard on the other. The products in the bathroom are wonderful. The food is amazing. Lovely breakfast, delicious informal dining in the bistro and top quality dinner in the gastronomic restaurant. Truly deserving of their two Michelin stars.

Convenient place to stay outside the city. Clean and simple. Friendly staff.

I am definitely going to return to the hotel whenever i am Bordeaux France again. The only flaws I see is the limited varieties of breakfast. The staff are very welcoming especially the tall black guy I met on my arrival and couple days afterwards. He speaks English and he has good customer service.

Very decent hotel. Clean, recently renovated, great shower, and good climate control. Friendly staff. The hotel is in a mostly light industrial area with very few dining options, especially Sun-Mon.

We really enjoyed our room and the location was excellent. The staff were very helpful and location was perfect for arriving on TGV from Paris. Right across the street from the Gare.
