It is a little far from the city center, but you can walk to the excellent wine museum. The hotel is clean and nice, but we were surprised that there was no refrigerator in the room, especially since it can be warm during the day. Great looking hotel in an interesting part of town. Its a 40 min walk along the river to the centre of town but there is a tram stop nearby. We didn't eat there, but drinks in the rooftop bar were good and all the team were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfy bed and pillows.

Lovely hotel in the regenerated part of Bordeaux by the old docks. Fantastic transport links to the centre and other areas. Lovely interior with sense of peace and space. The breakfast buffet was generous but we only had it once as we're vegans and it's much better value for veggies and omnivores.

Excellent hotel

Modern, clean hotel, spacious room, parking adjacent. Staff was very nice and helpful. Good Italian restaurant in the hotel and great food hall with many choices next door. Across the street from the Cite du Vin which is an excellent wine museum. There are a few restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. It is a short tram ride (10 minutes) to central Bordeaux, and only a 22 minute drive to the airport.

Room was clean and modern. Front desk staff spoke English and service was great. Only downside was that my room was facing the view of the museum (2nd floor) and noisy on Sunday night because of the bar and DJ on underneath. Also the fridge did not work and there are not many eating option around like downtown. But super close to the Wine museum :)

Room was clean and well appointed. They let us into our room an our early and let us check out two hours later than the standard check out. We really appreciated that because we were only there one night. There was an issue with the fridge not working and a window not closing properly, letting in a lot of noise from the Food Hall next door. The maintenance person responded immediately and replaced the fridge and repaired the window. He also provided restaurant recommendations and advice about transportation. Staff were excellent.
