Modern, functional hotel. Easy to get to from the airport on the tram (board right outside airport and stop right outside the hotel). Really nice open plan bar, restaurant and reception area. Decent french press/cafetiere coffee in the room! Opposite a shopping centre with a large supermarket and some fast food options. Great base to explore the city from.

All-round lovely hotel in great location, but the real stand-out thing was the helpfulness of the staff. I’d been hoping to charge my EV overnight but arrived to find the car park full and charging spaces taken. They went above and beyond to help - advised me where to park overnight and arranged free late checkout and charging for me the next morning so we could easily continue our journey. The kitchenettes are great too, and dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Super friendly staff, and spacious and clean room with nice toiletries. Great location with easy access to the centre, lots of sights, and right next to the tram to the airport and train station. Nice rooftop terrace, we were a bit disappointed the sun just disappeared behind buildings for the eclipse but nevertheless had a lovely stay and would stay again and recommend to others.

Clean room, but our sink plug had to be repaired several times. Pantry along the corridor was useful to keep chilled items. Sadly,despite website proclaiming a rooftop bar at the weekends...it was closed at the end of Sep and only open to corporate groups Location great for transport links. Safe area. Great range of food at breakfast Lifts often clogged around 3pm, then new groups of guests arrived. Despite this we would use this hotel again.

We had a fabulous stay here. Rooms are lovely, and the bar and restaurant area are excellent. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. A 10 minute walk to the centre of Bordeaux, or there is a tram stop right outside which came in very handy in the 40°C heat! The aircon in the building was welcomed at the end of a long day of sightseeing!

Excellent location - super convenient to the tram lines A and F which can get you just about anywhere. The AC didn’t work in my room, so they moved me (twice), but they did everything they could to accommodate and make it right. Staff was very kind and responsive.
