Staff were very friendly & all spoke good English (which was great as our French was limited). They were especially helpful in suggesting things to see, restaurants to eat at, routes (walking or trams) to take, etc. They arranged early taxi for trip to airport, etc. just overall the best!

The staff on reception (sorry we didnt get their names but especially the team working 8th October) were really helpful. After an injury out walking that needed medical help they got us to the nearest medical clinic and then pharmacy. The support was really appreciated. Otherwise, the hotel itself was also worth the stay. It is brilliantly situated and the rooms were clean and quiet. Will stay here the next time we visit Bordeaux.

We have stayed at the hôtel several times in recent months and cannot fault the standard of service or cleanliness of the entire hotel. Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Rooms are bright, airy and spotlessly clean. Our go to place in Bordeaux for a relaxing stay and so close to tram and main shopping areas. Highly recommend.
